When can I expect my purchase?

Shipping is complete up to 7-10 business days after order is processed. International orders may have a delivery time frame between 10-15 business days. Orders are processed Tuesday through Friday only. Factors that may affect processing time include inventory, errors in order, weather and holidays.

What is the return policy?

• Cash refunds is not offered. However, a store credit is granted for all unused and unworn items for the amount paid.
• All accessories and sales items are non-refundable.
• There is a 14 day return window after delivery.
• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• We are not responsible for any items lost in post.

Do you offer free shipping?

A flat rate of $6 applies to all orders for stand alone items.
